About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead key marketing functions including branding, promotions, and digital platform enhancement. You’ll play a critical role in driving transformation projects, such as developing SOPs and improving digital ordering and loyalty systems. The role requires close collaboration with top-tier creative agencies and cross-functional teams to align execution with brand direction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end marketing activities including branding, campaigns, and in-store promotions.
Drive digital transformation by implementing SOPs and optimizing ordering systems.
Lead improvement initiatives for digital platform and company apps.
Work closely with external marketing and creative agencies to deliver integrated marketing plans.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
Provide marketing leadership and direction to junior team members.
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the QSR, FMCG, or retail sector.
Proven experience in digital transformation or marketing technology implementation.
Strong background in agency collaboration and brand campaign management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to navigate complex environments and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
