About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. This senior role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on execution across branding, digital marketing, communications, and campaign performance. You will also be leading a team and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the brand and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, P.R., events, and traditional media.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketers, designers, and content creators.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Oversee and track the marketing budget, ensuring effective spend and measurable ROI.
Maintain and evolve consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Spearhead digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and performance analytics.
Track and report marketing KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
Coordinate closely with product, sales, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including team leadership.
Strong grasp of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, Canva/Adobe).
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong project management and multitasking ability.
