About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead both the marketing and creative teams. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can champion the brand's new direction, cultivating a strong streetwear and lifestyle feel across all channels. You will be responsible for not only developing and executing the marketing strategy for our vape products but also providing the creative direction that will define the brand's visual identity and voice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, providing strategic direction for both creative and marketing functions.
Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy focused on a streetwear and lifestyle aesthetic, specifically for the vape product category.
Oversee the creative direction for all brand assets, including campaigns, content, digital media, and in-store materials.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness and community engagement.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and creative output, while staying compliant with industry regulations.
Manage the marketing and creative budget effectively, tracking performance and ROI on all investments.
Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure brand vision is aligned with business goals.
Act as the key liaison with external agencies (e.g., creative, media, P.R.) to ensure high-quality execution.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record in the vape, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.
Proven leadership experience, specifically managing both creative and marketing teams.
A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop a brand with a distinctive visual and aesthetic identity.
Deep passion for and understanding of streetwear culture, lifestyle trends, and the vape industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable creative and marketing strategies.
