About the Role
We are seeking a Material Planner to join the team in a full-time capacity. This role is vital for maintaining an efficient supply chain by ensuring the availability and optimal management of raw materials.

... Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain raw material requirement plans in alignment with the production schedule and demand forecast. You will monitor inventory levels to avoid production disruptions and optimize stock levels by balancing supply, demand, and lead times.
Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the Procurement team to communicate material requirements, lead times, and order schedules. You will track supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and responsiveness , and escalate any risks of shortages or delays, proposing mitigation actions.
Inventory & System Management: Maintain accurate material data in ERP/MRP systems , including safety stock, lead times, and minimum order quantities. You will also monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete raw materials and coordinate their disposal or repurposing , as well as support cycle counts and stock accuracy initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with Demand Planners and Production Planners to ensure alignment between material supply and production needs. You will also coordinate with Quality Assurance on material quality issues and provide regular updates and reports on material status, shortages, and risks.
About the Team
You will be joining a team within a rapidly growing international organization. The role requires significant collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Demand Planners, Production Planners, and Quality Assurance.
Skills & Experience Required
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is required. You must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel is a necessity.
Key Competencies: You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills , excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
