Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with established processes and respect for project deadlines.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to solve project bottlenecks and provide realistic estimation of delivery lead times.
Process Improvement: Constantly recommend adaptation and improvement of the processes to improve the efficiency of site operations.
Project Controls: Track and report indirect project costs and contribute to business planning efforts to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and equipment for new project phases.
Skills & Experience Required
To thrive in this systematic environment, candidates must demonstrate technical precision and strong ownership of their projects.
- Manager/APM: Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in project management, commercial analysis, or demand planning within a construction or engineering context.
Engineer: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E, Construction, or related engineering fields.
Industry Background: Experience in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial construction (including sectors like E&E, EMS, or Industrial Machinery) is highly preferred.
Technical Acumen: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with senior management
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
