... - Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance: Review designs, supervise the installation and commissioning of all M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Develop M&E work programs and effectively coordinate work between M&E subcontractors, main contractor teams, and other project stakeholders to maintain the overall project timeline.
- Cost & Documentation Control: Monitor M&E progress against budget, manage variation orders, and meticulously prepare and maintain all essential project documentation, including reports and as-built records.
What you need to succeed
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E project management, specifically on high-rise residential and/or commercial building projects
- Strong technical knowledge of various M&E systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS)
- Willing to work 6 days
- Willing to travel between KL and Negeri Sembilan
