Your Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Generate detailed engineering designs, perform critical calculations, and prepare technical specifications for high-performance machinery.
End-to-End Technical Support: Provide vital support during fabrication, address production queries, and manage the shipment and installation of processing equipment.
Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Lead on-site commissioning and troubleshooting assignments, including electrical systems like Motor Control Centres (MCC), ensuring seamless operation at customer sites.
Innovation & Testing: Contribute to the design, development, and testing of next-generation machines and evaluate components for future machinery.
Technical Proposal Support: Partner with marketing functions to define technical scopes and equipment specifications for winning customer proposals.
Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate engineering records within the ERP system and develop comprehensive technical reports for all site assignments.
What You Bring to the Team
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related technical field.
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering design or technical support, ideally within processing systems or industrial machinery.
Technical Versatility: Proven capability in mechanical design with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and understand electrical integration.
Global Readiness: A willingness to travel for commissioning and troubleshooting assignments, including potential overseas travel and extended stays based on project needs.
Professional Discipline: Strong commitment to meeting urgent project timelines and maintaining high-quality documentation with minimal rework.
