Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Managing a team of 1 x Assistant Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Optimise performance across paid, owned, and earned channels using KPIs, targeting, and segmentation.
- Lead collaboration with media agencies and partners, including planning, buying, and negotiation.
- Support seasonal campaigns with localised activation and ensure creative-media alignment.
- Manage budgets, reporting, A/B testing, and contingency plans to drive ROI and mitigate risks.
skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of media planning experience
- Strong track record in developing audience targeting strategies
- Proficient in media tools and dashboard analytics
- Sharp analytical skills with strong ownership and stakeholder management experience
