Closing: Finalise accounts and ensure all claims are settled fairly.
Skills and experience required:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or a related field.
- Able to work independently in office, on site, and visit clients for meeting.
- Good analytic and negotiation skills.
