about the job
- Provide engineering support within the manufacturing environment to ensure stable production processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth product ramp-up into manufacturing.
- Drive process improvements to enhance production efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Perform data analysis and statistical evaluations such as DOE and SPC to identify root causes of yield loss.
- Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure product manufacturability.
- Support reliability testing, product characterization, and technical evaluations.
