show more- Support packaging design activities, ensuring solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with product requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on design concepts and technical discussions
- Assist in new product introduction (NPI) processes from development through to production
- Participate in product validation, engineering evaluations, and design reviews
- Support production readiness including tooling, fixtures, and line setup
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing) to ensure project timelines are met
- Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting of technical issues
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
- Experience in manufacturing, NPI, or product development environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, BOM, and manufacturing processes
- Exposure to quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, or control plans is an added advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
