skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or other senior HR roles. You have demonstrated success in developing and implementing competency frameworks, succession planning, leadership development programs, and high-potential (HiPo) talent strategies.
