about the job
- Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and manage all staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage budget, costs, inventory, and sales to maximize profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
skills and experience required
- 5-7 years of experience in Japanese restaurant management, preferably in a Restaurant Manager role.
- Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with a hands-on approach.
- Japanese nationality or Japanese-speaking Malaysian with strong knowledge of Japanese culture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
