We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team at Randstad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our contract workers are paid correctly and on time, every time.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of our contract workers' monthly payroll. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Processing Timesheets: Collecting, verifying, and processing monthly timesheets for our contractors.
- Payroll Accuracy: Ensuring all payroll data, including hours worked, leave, and deductions, is accurate and in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Query Resolution: Acting as the first point of contact for any payroll-related inquiries from contract workers and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Generating payroll reports and reconciling data to ensure precision and integrity.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of our payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a large organization, staffing company or background payrolling contract workers
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
