about the job
- Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team eg; other functional consultant and busines analyst, technical consultant / developer, project manager and others
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
- Execute proper business requirements gathering and translating them into workable Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC.
- Constant initiatives of process analysis and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC to meet business requirements while adhere to regulatory standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Preparing and maintaining clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents, as well as delivering end-user training.
about the manager/team
The role is an individual contributor functional consultant role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support of Oracle Fusion OTC. You will also be given an option to embark with Oracle Fusion end to end greenfield and roll out implementation in other regions.
about requirements:
- Someone who has at least 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion OTC within implementation project and/or support is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with exposure any of these domain ; SCM - mostly preferred is an added but not compulsary.
- Core ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC.
- Someone with strong hands-on Experience in Fusion Extracts / OTBI Reports / BI Publisher is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone who has worked for Semiconductor industry is an added but not compulsary.
about the salary & benefits
- Open for MALAYSIAN & expats that DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia
- up to RM 15,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
- Our Client offers exclusive salary package and benefits :
- 13th month bonus / 1 month Contractual Bonus
- 2-3 months Performance Bonus
- Special Profit Sharing Bonus
- Medical Benefits covers dependents
