As a Regional Marketing & Sales Operations Intern, you will be the engine behind our regional lead generation efforts. You will bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales by leveraging cutting-edge AI and data tools to identify business opportunities across Singapore and Hong Kong. This role offers you the opportunity to see how a listed global company grows, gain hands-on experience with a premium tech stack (HubSpot, Lusha, 6sense, Google Gemini AI) and a direct impact on Randstad’s regional revenue.

Strategic Lead Acquisition & Data Intelligence
Targeted Prospecting: Use Lusha (Premium license will be provided) to build high-quality prospect lists based on specific industries, functions, and geographies for both Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
Data Hygiene: Ensure high deliverability by verifying all lead data through ZeroBounce before campaign launches.
CRM Management: Act as the custodian of our CRM (Stratos), ensuring new contacts are accurately registered and existing records are enriched with missing contact details.
Market Intelligence: Monitor "Top Account" movements and hiring trends using Lusha and Google Gemini to identify "warm" entry points for our consultants.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
Campaign Deployment: Plan, manage and execute weekly client outreach via 6sense and HubSpot.
Lead Routing: Act as the first point of contact for campaign responses, qualifying leads and distributing them to the relevant Business Leads in SG and HK.
ROI Tracking: Monitor the performance of your campaigns, tracking conversion rates from initial outreach to qualified sales opportunities.
AI Innovation & Special Projects
AI Super-User: Utilize your Google Gemini AI license to develop and refine scripts that scrape commercial intelligence.
Strategic Reporting: Identify companies that are expanding or actively hiring to fuel future targeted campaigns.

We want to hear from you if you have...
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Good language skills - both writing and speaking in English
- Highly organised with strong work ethics
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time and project management skills
- High adaptability and willingness to learn, with a strong sense of self-motivation
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc
- Strong written/verbal communication and people skills
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate should be passionate, enthusiastic and knows how to work hard and have fun
