Key Responsibilities
• Identify, reach out to, and develop relationships with potential partners across diverse industries.
• Create compelling, customised partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations aligned with partner objectives.
• Lead negotiations and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, execution, and long-term success of partnerships.
• Explore new industries, verticals, and untapped markets to drive sustained business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel and engage in regular client-facing activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges and ad-hoc responsibilities when required.
• Interest in AI, digital solutions, or emerging technologies is an added advantage.
