about the role
They are currently looking for a Payroll & Admin Executive to join the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the full payroll process, making sure salaries are paid on time and meet all statutory requirements like KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN.
- Update statutory records for new hires and resignations, including tax forms such as CP22, CP21, and CP21A.
- Keep employee records up to date, prepare payment listings, review sales data, and issue invoices for clients.
- Ensure all labor laws are followed and handle applications and renewals for licenses and permits.
- Work with clients and internal teams to improve administrative processes and support daily operations with ad-hoc tasks.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be working closely with another team member.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry would be ideal.
