about the role
They are currently looking for a Payroll Process Optimization Lead to join their growing team. Your responsibilies include but are not limited to:
- Reimagine Payroll Processes: Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual work, and streamline payroll ops across regions.
- Lead Payroll Tech Implementation: Drive digitalization, system design, and integration with HR & Finance systems (Workday, SAP, etc.).
- Stay Audit-Ready: Ensure full compliance with global payroll laws and tax regulations — and stay ahead of legislative changes.
- Collaborate Globally: Be the go-to payroll expert for internal teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Own crisis management and payroll issue resolution with calm and precision.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of experience in payroll, with global/multi-country exposure, strong knowledge of payroll platforms (Workday, ADP, SAP) and proven record in process improvement, digitalization, and compliance.
