Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise lead generation across Meta, Google, SEO, and other digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and sales funnel data to improve ROI and lower cost-per-lead.
- Track KPIs and integrate marketing data with CRM for better sales pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on strategy alignment and execution.
- Automate workflows, build reports, and provide insights to support growth and regional expansion.
skills and experience required
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, or marketing analytics
- Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and sales funnel optimisation
- Hands-on experience integrating campaigns with CRM and tracking sales pipelines
- Proficient in key platforms, including:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner, My Business
