We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Technical Illustration Specialist to join their dynamic team. This critical role supports the Sales force by ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial illustrations, while also maintaining the integrity and performance of the underlying illustration system's backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong operational support skills with technical proficiency in system maintenance and data validation.

Job Description

• Non-Sales
• Maintaining the in-house illustration system, including regular updates and efficiency improvements.
• Performing quality control on all output to ensure zero errors and compliance with standards.
• Preparing analytical reports for management.
• Suggesting and implementing streamlining initiatives and conducting training for new staff on departmental processes and tools.
• Work closely with Sales Consultant to understand client needs and produce illustration comparison tables to support client presentations.
• Act as a key liaison, maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and effective support.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and deep-dive improvements to the in-house illustration system to ensure its consistent functionality and efficiency.

It'll be good if you are:

• Proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Bachelor degree or above.
