key responsibilities:

Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable microservices in Java, Go etc that serve millions of requests while maintaining low latency.
AI Integration: Lead the implementation of AI-driven features, focusing on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and integrating AI agents into existing workflows.
Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers, conduct deep-dive code reviews, and set the "gold standard" for engineering excellence across the organization.
Cloud Optimization: Ensure our infrastructure is cost-effective, secure, and resilient using modern DevOps and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) practices.

key requirements:

Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience.
Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Go (Golang). You should be comfortable switching between these languages based on the performance and architectural needs of the service.
AI/LLM Specialization: Proven track record of shipping products that utilize LLMs, Vector Databases (like Pinecone or Milvus), or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
Fullstack Capabilities: Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js) and a deep understanding of end-to-end system ownership.
Cloud Architecture: Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Kubernetes (K8s), CI/CD pipelines, and serverless architectures.

nice to have:

Distributed Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of event-driven architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pulsar to handle high-throughput data streams between AI services.
GraphQL & API Design: Experience implementing GraphQL (Apollo/Federation) to unify complex data sources for the frontend.
