- Process Design & Optimization: Develop and refine production workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Create and audit process routes, diagrams, work instructions, and quality control points.
- Project & Trial Management: Lead new product trials (NPI) and oversee process plans for prototype through to mass production.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to environmental regulations and incorporate advanced safety/error-proofing features.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical bottlenecks and quality instability on the production line.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, and Quality departments to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Team Guidance: Provide technical training to operators and provide input on the development and appraisal of junior staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in process control, equipment design, and data analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of 6 Sigma methodologies and data-driven analytical tools.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
