We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our high-precision assembly team. In this role, you will be the technical architect behind the micro-assembly processes that allow our sensors to operate in the world’s most demanding environments.

- Equipment Management: Configure and program specialized production machinery, including precision dispensing, component attachment, and automated measurement systems.
- New Product Integration: Validate specialized tooling, jigs, and fixtures to ensure seamless transitions for new product introductions.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Data & Yield Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to generate performance reports and drive yield improvement initiatives.
- Technical Reporting: Present findings, root-cause analyses, and project updates to senior management and technical leads.
- Operational Support: Assist the production department with mechanical measurements, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high quality standards.
the experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Chemical).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a semiconductor or high-precision electronics manufacturing environment.
- Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.
- Fluent speaking and writing in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in Excel, Ms-word & ppt.
