As a Process Engineer, you will be the technical anchor between product developers and the factory floor. You will ensure that innovative designs are translated into manufacturable, high-quality products.
- Oversee design evaluation, process planning, development, and prototype verification.
- Manage small-batch trial production and resolve technical issues during the transfer to mass production.
- Serve as the primary bridge between R&D and manufacturing to ensure quality standards and manufacturability.

- Solid understanding of opto-mechanical module development and basic optical principles.
- Proven background with FVP lenses, AR/VR opto-mechanical modules, and final product assembly.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Pro-E.
- Familiarity with industry standards, testing norms, and inspection procedures.
- Experience with fully automated assembly machines, lens annealing processes, or module failure analysis is a significant plus.
