about the job

• Lead the process engineering team in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to support new product introductions and process improvements.

• Analyze production data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all process engineering activities.

• Manage process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.

• Participate in budgeting and resource planning to support process engineering projects and initiatives.
