Lead and manage end-to-end product development, including market research, concept validation, and product launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Work closely with regional teams, suppliers, and regulatory functions to support product innovation, cost analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and scientific research to support product formulation, positioning, and claims.
Support internal stakeholders with technical expertise, oversee development timelines and materials, and guide junior team members to enhance team performance.

The experience:

Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
3-5 years of experience in product development.
Solid knowledge of product formulation, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Strong leadership skills to lead and manage a team.
