the responsibility

Product Lifecycle Management – Lead and coordinate the full product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through pilot builds to mass production, ensuring smooth transitions and successful launches.
Factory & Supplier Collaboration – Work closely with EMS partners to break down manufacturing tasks, set up production lines, and drive improvements across electronics, mechanical, process, and testing functions.
Production Readiness & Quality – Oversee pilot production trials, manage fixture/equipment evaluations, and ensure functional testing, process validation, and technical reviews are in place for reliable production output.
Mass Production Support – Monitor output and delivery performance, manage production changes, resolve technical issues, and drive cost-reduction initiatives to improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Reporting & Improvements – Act as the liaison between headquarters and EMS partners, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement across teams

the requirement

Education & Background – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
Experience – Minimum 4 years in engineering or manufacturing, ideally within TWS earphones, wearables, or consumer electronics.
Language Skills – Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Mobility – Willingness to travel long-term for business assignments in India and China.
Core Skills – Strong problem-solving, execution, and cross-functional coordination abilities with a high sense of responsibility.
