This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and go-to-market, requiring someone who can take initial direction, independently develop strong concepts, and step into hands-on operational execution when needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Ideate and develop new products, services, offers, and solutions aligned to customer expectations and market opportunities
• Translate high-level direction into well-formed concepts that align with GTM timelines and business priorities
• Analyse customer behaviour, usage patterns, and performance data to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and on-ground market dynamics to assess risks and opportunities
• Prepare concept proposals and high-level business cases (including back-of-the-envelope financials) for internal approvals
• Clearly articulate value propositions, opportunity sizing, customer benefits, and commercial returns to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Product Development and Consumer Go-to-Market teams to bring propositions to market
• Track and evaluate performance against user growth, revenue, and profitability targets
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in product strategy, product management, or proposition development roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the drive, persistence, and patience to deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments
• Comfortable operating across strategy and execution, including hands-on involvement where required
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decision-making and opportunity sizing
• Exposure to billing systems, project management, or marketing communications will be an advantage
