You will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and effective communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
key responsibilities
- Plan and procure materials required for production and secondary processes
- Coordinate and manage outsourced processes, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution
- Prepare and monitor production documentation to ensure completion and accuracy
- Liaise with internal teams to track production progress and maintain workflow efficiency
- Monitor subcontractor supply, including material movement and outstanding purchase orders
- Maintain and update purchase order records on a regular basis
- Update customer portals with order and production status
- Prepare and submit periodic reports, including inventory and outstanding orders
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to align on delivery schedules and requirements
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
