Technical Expertise & Compliance ...

Engineering Standards: Apply deep knowledge of high-voltage transmission equipment and adhere to global engineering protocols (such as IEC, IEEE, and JIS) as well as internal Toshiba standards.

Project Management & Execution

Contract Delivery: Oversee the execution of awarded scopes, ensuring that all products and services meet the required quality, schedule, and budgetary benchmarks.
Documentation & Planning: Manage the master project document list, develop project specifications, and maintain rigorous schedules.
Procurement Support: Facilitate the bidding process by supporting RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFP (Request for Proposal) activities for new tenders.
Technical Review: Lead the evaluation of vendor drawings and technical specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

External Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and align expectations.
Vendor Management: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with vendors to monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet standards.
Internal Alignment: Collaborate across departments to ensure information is synchronized and report regularly on technical needs, project successes, and potential risks.
