- Total Project Execution: The role involves end-to-end management of industrial construction and facility maintenance projects. This includes ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets superior quality (ISO 9001) and safety (HSE) standards.
- Technical Oversight: You'll provide essential supervision and technical guidance across multiple disciplines, particularly civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering works on-site.
- Coordination and Planning: Key duties involve developing project documentation, allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials), tracking progress, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and the client.
What you need to succeed
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in industrial construction or facility maintenance projects.
- Strong technical acumen, proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
