• Lead and coordinate project team members to interpret and analyze customer requirements (including DIR and detailed specifications).
• Act as the primary liaison with customers to gain a full understanding of their needs, and develop the overall project plan and task assignments.
• Drive discussions and reviews on project changes, assessing impacts on cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Ensure timely alignment with sub-teams on any new customer requests (e.g., CMF, structural prototypes) that may affect costs.
• Facilitate and oversee reviews of customer design changes.
• Identify project critical paths and highlight potential risks throughout the process.
• Build and manage the internal project team, assigning clear counterparts to interface with the customer’s project team.
• Develop a solid understanding of the customer’s reporting structure and key stakeholders.
