• Project Oversight: Actively tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and mitigating risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensuring all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, and reviewing all project designs and contracts for approval.

• Reporting and Handover: Regularly visiting sites to monitor construction, providing updates to senior management, and managing the final handover to clients.
