Strategic Planning: Crafting project plans, budgets, and schedules that align with business objectives.
Team and Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with a wide range of professionals, from architects and consultants to contractors and government authorities, to ensure smooth execution.
Project Oversight: Actively tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and mitigating risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensuring all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, and reviewing all project designs and contracts for approval.
Reporting and Handover: Regularly visiting sites to monitor construction, providing updates to senior management, and managing the final handover to clients.
Process Improvement: Continuously seeking to enhance project management processes and cost-efficiency.
skills or qualitifcations needed
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing full-cycle property development HOTEL projects.
