About the Job
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery. This role requires expertise in defining project scope, managing budgets, and optimizing resources to ensure profitability.
A core function of the role is to meticulously review and interpret contracts and client specifications, which informs the development of comprehensive proposals and schedules. You will also be responsible for enforcing strict adherence to quality standards (including ISO 9001) and safety regulations while liaising with local authorities for compliance.
This position is crucial for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within financial constraints, and in full alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or relevant
- At least 6-8 years of working experience in construction, preferably in cleanroom environment
- Knowledgeable of microsoft software and auto cad
- Knowledgeable in HVAC systems
