About the job
- Project Leadership & Management: Oversee all mechanical aspects of projects from day-to-day site operations to testing and commissioning.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuringw seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Technical Expertise: Manage critical mechanical equipment for data center projects, including CRAC, CRAH, Condensers, and MV fans. This includes revising and designing drawings for submission.
- Testing & Delivery: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning, including Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Integrated System Testing (IST), to ensure all systems meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience within the construction industry
- Possesses a diploma/degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in dealing with HVAC systems
- Strong leadership skills and soft skills
- Fluency in mandarin is a plus!
