about the job
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating engineering projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment.

key responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate project activities to achieve company objectives and customer satisfaction.
Lead process engineering teams involved in tooling, jig and fixture management, and finishing processes.
Drive high levels of execution and accountability in all NPI stages to minimize process and product defects.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Materials, and Tooling to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to BOM, WI, PPAP, and other system-controlled processes.
Support technical and operational aspects of new projects and participate in ISO/customer audits and visits.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management team.

requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; ability to interpret AutoCAD or SolidWorks drawings is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
