about the job
Lead project implementation from start to finish, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage project teams and resources, including determining labor requirements and assigning tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
Provide guidance and coaching to site personnel, identifying skill gaps and recommending training to enhance team capability and performance.
Foster strong relationships with clients and consultants to facilitate approvals and ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee project budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement to ensure cost efficiency.
Minimize waste of materials, machinery, and labor to optimize project costs.
Coordinate with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to verify subcontractor claims and ensure timely claim submissions.
Prepare and monitor project progress reports for clients, taking immediate corrective action to address and recover from any site delays.
Ensure all project activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Recommend and implement new or improved SOPs to enhance quality and meet regulatory requirements.
Manage all required inspections and secure necessary approvals from relevant authorities.
Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) to ensure all resources are properly allocated for site activities.

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Proven track record of resolving complex site issues and making strategic decisions to keep projects on track.
Negotiation & Coordination: Skilled in liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project operations.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD/Autodesk.
Candidates with prior experience in bridge and flyover projects will be given priority.
