Lead end-to-end project management from proposal stage through project closure
Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese customers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate project kick-offs, phase gate reviews, and cross-functional execution
Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and change requests effectively
Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders
Drive issue resolution with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Ensure strong customer communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct project closeout reviews and lessons-learned sessions

about the requirements

Minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience
Semiconductor industry background with technical support or equipment exposure
PMP certification is mandatory
Strong controller mindset with strategic project management capability
Proficiency in Japanese language is required (to support Japan market stakeholders)
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
