Role: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Bored Piling/Piling)
We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to spearhead bored piling projects from initial planning to final handover. You will take full ownership of project lifecycles, ensuring every phase meets our rigorous standards for safety, budget, and scheduling.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of bored piling works, managing schedules and resource allocation with precision.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication.
Site Excellence: Oversee quality and safety through regular inspections, technical problem-solving, and strict EHS compliance.
Reporting: Deliver transparent progress updates and data-driven reports to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple site workstreams.
