About the Job
We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to join the project sales team and support business growth. This role focuses on managing existing client accounts and executing project sales from order confirmation to project handover and collection. Ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service accounts for ongoing construction and design projects
- Oversee project sales processes from deal closure to product handover and payment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and architects
- Coordinate closely with internal teams for delivery scheduling and after-sales support
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure product compliance
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in project sales or construction-related materials
- Good understanding of project management and sales cycles
- Comfortable with construction site visits and client meetings
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
