About the Job
We are seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead project sales efforts, focusing on account servicing, project execution, and commercial handovers. This role plays a key part in driving project revenue while mentoring a dynamic sales team and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project sales cycle, from tender to handover and collection
- Work closely with Business Development Director to execute sales strategies
- Engage with clients including developers, architects, and contractors
- Oversee and track construction progress and related fees
- Ensure timely delivery and handover of products for key projects
- Resolve client issues related to installation, specifications, or timelines
- Monitor sales targets and develop action plans to meet KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in project sales within building materials or construction
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Proven track record in closing large-scale B2B sales
- Leadership experience in managing small to mid-sized teams
- Knowledge of construction process from tender to project handover
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field preferred
