about the job
- Manage purchasing activities including sourcing, supplier negotiation, and price comparison.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations, tenders, and supplier proposals.
- Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
- Monitor project costs and ensure procurement aligns with approved budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain purchasing documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with company procedures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement in procurement processes.

about the manager/team
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Procurement, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or QS roles.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
