about the job
- Lead end-to-end procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Manage building projects, vendor selection and cost planning
- Collaborate with project, commercial and finance teams to ensure procurement alignment
- Oversee contract governance, risk mitigation and compliance with procurement policies
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and timelines
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Procurement.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience, good experience in procurement across construction building projects
- Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills
