about the job
We are hiring three RF Specialist Engineers, each focusing on a specific domain within the new R&D lab. You may apply based on your area of expertise:
1. RF Specialist – EMC/EMI
Focus on ensuring products meet global EMC/EMI standards through design review, mitigation, pre-compliance testing, and troubleshooting across the product lifecycle.
2. RF Specialist – Antennas
Responsible for antenna design, simulation, prototyping, tuning, and performance validation for mobile and wireless communication products.
3. RF Specialist – Power Amplifiers
Lead RF power amplifier and output stage design, including circuit simulation, matching networks, linearity/efficiency optimisation, and performance validation.
about the qualifications
Must-Have (All Roles)
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field (nice to have - Master’s/PhD in RF/Microwave)
- Hands-on experience in RF design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyser, power meters)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
Role-Specific Experience
- EMC/EMI: Knowledge of CISPR/IEC/FCC standards, mitigation techniques (filtering, shielding, grounding), and EMC test setups
- Antennas: Experience in antenna design, simulation (CST/HFSS), tuning, and measurement
- Power Amplifiers: Experience in PA design, impedance matching, linearity/efficiency optimisation, and tools like ADS/Microwave Office
