Key Responsibilities

1. Project Qualification & Commercialization (50%)

• Support capital project qualifications and process trials for both product and packaging.
• Assist in the seamless transition of trial plan executions into full-scale product commercialization.

2. Business Continuity & Innovation (20%)

• Support programs for business continuity, including the testing and qualification of alternative raw materials or enablers.
• Contribute to efficiency-related projects to ensure consistent product supply.

3. Documentation & Systems Management (15%)

• Create and distribute trial finding reports and maintain organized filing for commercialized products.
• Set up recipes for production line usage within the Recipe Management System.
• Responsible for the accurate creation of Bill of Materials (BOM).

4. Testing & Specification Development (10%)

• Conduct rigorous product and packaging tests to develop and qualify technical specifications.

5. Training & Support (5%)

• Provide training to operators on product and process understanding to ensure quality standards are met on the floor.
• Support plant trials, which may involve working in hot and humid manufacturing environments
