What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with long-term organisational objectives
• Identify emerging cybersecurity trends and translate them into market opportunities
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, strategic partnerships, and new market penetration
• Lead high-level client engagements including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Optimise cost-to-revenue ratios through effective resource and budget management
• Oversee day-to-day operations and streamline internal processes to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection laws
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, designing tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing sales and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or technology
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, risk management, compliance, and emerging threats
• Proven track record in driving business growth, managing P&L, and scaling operations
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
