- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Manage IT budget, procurement, and inventory, and maintain comprehensive IT documentation
skills and experience required
- At least 10 years of IT experience and 5 years in an IT management capacity, preferably in a construction or engineering industry
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365
- Strong regional leadership experience required
- Strong communication skills in English
