about the role
They are currently looking for a Regional HR Services Lead to join their team in Thailand. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Lead and develop a team to deliver efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across local, regional (Asia), and global teams to align HR with business needs.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee requests, payroll coordination, and data/system updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and statutory requirements.
- Drive process improvements by leading initiatives to streamline and standardize HR operations.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the HR Services Senior Director, you will be leading a team of 5.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You have proven experience managing regional and global stakeholders in a matrix environment. You have strong knowledge of payroll, employee data management, and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar platforms).
