About the Job
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of growing the business footprint within developer and contractor markets across Peninsular and East Malaysia. This role offers a strategic platform to lead, build, and coach a high-performing team while contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the project sales team, including recruitment, training, and territory planning
- Drive market expansion into Penang and East Malaysia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies and initiatives
- Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure execution of account plans
- Collaborate with internal departments to align product positioning and customer service excellence
- Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic sales insights to management
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or construction-related industries
- Strong exposure to project sales and developer engagement
- Willingness to travel regularly within Malaysia
- Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
